Phase 1 is a foundational program designed to help you improve muscle imbalances and build overall strength. This is a great program for anyone who has some experience in the gym and just likes to have the plan right on front of them. With the use of the Trainerize app you’ll be delivered a 4 week exercise program with warm-up drills and mobility sequences that you can progress week to week.
