Phase 2 is a strength training program that is built around compound lifts and linear progression. Add more weight to the bar and muscle to your frame with this program! With the use of the Trainerize app you’ll be delivered this 6 week exercise program with warm-up drills and mobility sequences that you can also progress week to week. Test your max lifts at the beginning and end of the program and move on to another phase or repeat this phase starting with your new maxes.
